Each box also carries our own Logitech Pakistan serial sticker, which we use to track your unit for stock and warranty. To confirm a unit came from us, WhatsApp us that serial and your order number. Then look at the product itself. Genuine Logitech gear feels solid and finished, with no loose parts, rough edges or blurry printing. Yes. Every product bought from Logitech Pakistan carries Logitech's manufacturer warranty against defects from the date of purchase. Warranty length depends on the product. It does not cover physical or liquid damage. Warranty claims through us are accepted only for units we sold.

WhatsApp or call us with your order number or invoice and a short video of the fault. We only accept warranty claims for units sold directly by Logitech Pakistan, including orders from our official online store, logitech.flagshipstore.pk. Keep the original box. We will tell you how to send the product, then repair or replace it. Most claims are settled in 5 to 15 working days.

Usually 3 to 5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery is free when you pay online by bank transfer, card or digital wallet; for cash on delivery orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout. In Lahore, our own LOGIExpress service can often deliver the same day for orders confirmed before 2:00 PM PKT (terms in the next answer).

Yes, in Lahore. If our team confirms your order before 2:00 PM PKT, our own LOGIExpress riders can usually deliver it the same day. Orders confirmed later go out the next working day. Please note that same-day delivery does not apply on Sundays or public holidays, and it is also subject to delivery areas within Lahore and stock availability. WhatsApp us your address and we will confirm whether same-day delivery applies to your order.

You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Use it on the courier's tracking page, or message us on WhatsApp and we will update you. In Lahore, you can also ask us for a LOGIExpress update.

Cash on delivery, bank transfer, and card or digital wallet payments online. Online payments go through secure, encrypted checkout. Paying online by bank transfer, card or digital wallet also gets you free delivery.

Yes. We have supplied government departments and public tenders since 2004, and we also supply offices, call centers, schools and banks. We provide bulk pricing, sales-tax invoices and tender documents. Request a quote and our sales team will reply within one working day.

Yes. We supply resellers across Pakistan with genuine stock at wholesale prices, so your customers get authorized products with manufacturer warranty. Contact our sales team with your city and expected volumes.

Opened products cannot be returned for a change of mind, so please check the details before you buy. Faulty products are replaced under warranty. If your order arrives damaged or is the wrong item, tell us the same day it arrives, ideally with photos or a short unboxing video, and we will replace it.
